Factory Manager (Origano Paste And Sauce)
Job Description
This position is for Orignao Paste and Sauce, a range of products under Shwe Thandar International Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Khin Maung Nyunt Group of Companies. We are looking for a factory manager to join the business to manage and develop the structures around all aspects of the manufacturing operation.
Job Responsibilities
- Have to manage well the assigned administrative related duties include FDA process.
- Have to collaborate with the team and perform the operations successful.
- Responsible for all production activity, for the maintenance of the production unit and the premises in good working condition, for the co-ordination of all manufacturing operation to produce the quantities required, within the quality and costs standards determined.
- Develop long term & short tern plans for increasing production capacity & decreasing costs.
- Manage the allocation of resources in coordination with project management to achieve the project plan on time.
- Determine and monitor the overall resource capacity (personnel and equipment) for the factory.
- Ensure availability of materials needed including raw materials, supplies, tooling, etc.
- Monitor quality levels of employees’ work. Confer with quality department, management and others to resolve quality problems and determine disposition of rejects, returns or product on hold.
- Coordination with business units for service between head office and factory.
- Develop quality standards by coordinating requirements with head office.
- Perform another assign duty is requires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and other Diploma of Business Management is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years related experience for Factory Management.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Able to arrange and manage all production process and factory’ safety and strong.
- Responsible and ensure the operations for the assigned factory is effectively handled towards theachievement of company’s objectives.
- To cooperate with related department.
