Marketing Associate
The Marketing Associate role is responsible for all operations in the marketing department related to corporate marketing, online and offline marketing programs, and communications. We are looking for creative individuals who have a passion for marketing and bringing value to customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and develop content marketing to promote KMN, and the products and services that we offer
- Plan, execute and monitor social media initiatives; Facebook, Website, LinkedIn
- Keep up to date with online marketing and social media trends and best practices
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and projects for companywide marketing activities
- Assist the Marketing Department in developing strategies and tactics for both the short term and long term
- Draft promotion plans for product marketing
- Research market information and identify new opportunities
- Perform support duties including but not limited to: maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow support/event, sales driven promotion plan
- Eager to get comfortable with technical terms and build knowledge about the electrical power industry
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in creative marketing role
- Fluent in both English and Burmese
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills are a plus
